Briefly about the role

• Work in our store that sells products and solutions to installers.
• Manage inventory and handle incoming and outgoing goods.
• Optimize the store and ensure that campaigns are marketed correctly.
• Interact with customers and provide good service as well as technical support.
• Guide customers in Solar’s products, services, and market news in-store, as well as proactive contact via phone to provide our customers with a good overall experience, create long-term collaborations, and achieve the best possible sales.
• Conduct customer activities.
• Actively work on improvements and change initiatives.
